Executive-Conversation Sp. j. is a Polish company employing Polish consultants and operating all over Europe. The company was established in 2004 by Agnieszka Polska-Kamieńska and Janusz Kamieński. We specialize in:

Executive-Conversation is a customer experience agency unique on the Polish and global market. We are the first company in Poland to offer comprehensive approach to customer experience management. This includes such actions as:

  • Customer Experience audits
  • Defining the brand platform
  • Designing customer experience – the unique element of the process
  • Building organizational alignment around customer experience strategy
  • External brand communication

The results and uniqueness of Executive-Conversation solutions was recognized in 2008-09 by the leading business magazine Harvard Business Review. In 2008, in cooperation with HBR we conducted a survey of the readiness of the Polish market for customer experience management (download the report) In the special December 2008 edition, HBR published an article by our consultant and co-founder Janusz Kamieński and HBR journalist Andrzej Łokaj, titled “Zarządzanie bez mierzenia?” (Management without Measurement?). In its March 2009 edition, HBR published a seminal article by Janusz Kamieński and Shaun Smith titled „Projektowanie doświadczeń klientów” (Designing Customer Experience) (download the article). The article outlines not only the theoretical basis of customer experience management, but also concrete examples from Polish and international companies that achieved long-lasting competitive advantage thanks to customer experience management and, in some cases, have become synonyms of success in their fields. We mention the examples of the following companies in Poland: Caffee Heaven, Hotele SPA Dr Irena ERIS, Empik, Kingspan.
