Michał Ciemiński, National Corporate Sales Manager Netia Sp. z o.o.
Michał Ciemiński is a senior manager with broad experience in managing sales and marketing processes, implementation of organizational strategies, managing a number of large teams, initiating and leading restructuring processes in telecommunication and other services areas.

Tomasz Magda, Partner with Amrop Hever
An experienced consultant and Head hunter.
In 1990, he got a BA degree in CEE Regional Studies from Columbia University’s Columbia College.
Professional experience:
In 1994, Tomasz joined the firm which later became the Amrop Hever Group, where he is a Partner. His areas of professional interest and expertise are related to: family owned businesses, professional services, and IT/telecommunications. In the early 1990s, he was a co-founder and had general management and supervisory responsibilities overseeing the start-up and early growth phase of East Net, the largest HR service organization in Poland and partner to world’s leaders in the fields of training, compensation and benefits, and personnel outsourcing.
Krzysztof Maurycy Olszowski, President at SoftProduct Sp. z o.o.
Graduated from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Warsaw University in 1993. He has over 25 years of professional experience in IT technology, combined with practice in management, including strategic planning, analysis of HR management systems and designing data base systems. He was a member of the World Bank team of experts auditing the IT systems at the Ministry of Health. He has managed the implementation of several large-scale IT systems, including controlling and processes management systems. He is a member of the Polish Information Processing Society.
Dariusz Rosłon, Vice President and CEO at SoftProduct Sp. z o.o.
In 1987, he graduated from the Warsaw University Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. Over twenty years of professional career he has gained considerable experience in the IT sector and exceptional knowledge and expertise in systems analysis and data base development. He has managed the implementation of several large-scale IT systems, including the area of controlling and processes management, for: Polish National Administrative Court (NSA), APCO sp. z o.o., Environment Protection Inspection (PIOŚ) etc. He is a member of the Polish Information Processing Society.
Andrzej Uryga – Sales Manager at Drogerie Natura, Polbita Sp. z o.o.
Over many years, he has gained vast experience in consulting and management.
