Who are we?

History and Mission

The company was established in 2004 with the goal to help the customers to achieve maximum effects at minimum costs. We call this approach: “Looking for points of leverage in people and organizations to facilitate their development and improve profitability.” We consider this as our Mission.

Why we are unique?

Executive-Conversation is a consulting company characterized by a quite uncommon approach. Most consulting firms are satisfied with analyzing the client situation and drafting a report on key findings and recommendations. We go much further, not only diagnosing and suggesting priorities and the most effecting directions of development, but also actively supporting our clients and working with them to achieve the desired results. We assume shared responsibility for the implementation of our clients’ goals.

Our approach

We chose to call our company “Executive-Conversation” to highlight the role of leadership on a par with active and effective communication in the process of value generation. Our company’s logo is made up of three overlapping arrows pointing upwards. The upward direction symbolizes our drive to improve results and develop people and organizations. The combination of the three arrows signifies the need to integrate people, processes, and strategy. This approach is the essence of our solutions. Projects that are only people-oriented, process-oriented, or solely strategy-oriented inevitably lead to moderate and/or poor results if not supported by the understanding and alignment of all these factors at the same time.
