- Harvard Business Review publishes the article by Janusz Kamienski and Andrzej Łokaj "Managing without measures?" in its special edition devoted to client intimacy. The article deals with the greatest weakness of Polish businesses, which is proper use of adequate customer experience measures (based on the results of the survey measuring the readiness of Polish companies to manage their customers’ experience, conducted by Executive-Conversation and HBRP in 2008).
- Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa, the insurance market weekly devotes the whole page of its Christmas edition to Janusz Kamienski’s article "Achieving high profitability in hard times". In the article, Janusz describes how American insurance company Progressive became number four insurer in the USA thanks to the ability to manage customer experience.
