Our team



Executive-Conversation Polska is made up of a team of managers, consultants and entrepreneurs, all specialists in their various fields. The company was established and is owned by Agnieszka Polska-Kamieńska and Janusz Kamieński. Both have gained considerable knowledge and vast experience in Poland and abroad actively seeking business careers since the early 1990s. Our company’s operations and development are supported by our employees and associates and the Group of Advisors.



Agnieszka Polska-Kamieńska – Partner, Senior Consultant

A Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) graduate, Agnieszka has an impressive track record as a manager in both – corporations (like Unilever) and training and consulting companies. She is a licensed mediator and experienced Interim Manager. She has successfully led various organizational changes and developed hundreds of trainers, consultants, and managers. She has effectively managed large teams and projects for Polish and international companies, which brought her a number of distinctions and awards. In 1999, Pani magazine selected her among the "100 Most Successful Polish Women" Award.


On her graduation from SGH, she began a career at Unilever, where she was sales promotion manager. Between 1994 and 2001, she was part of AchieveGlobal, initially as Master Trainer, and subsequently as Board Member and Managing Director. In the years 2002-2004, she was President and CEO of TMI Polska (currently House of Skills). Since 2004, she has been involved in consulting, training, executive coaching and Interim Management at Executive-Conversation. She is a Certified Mediator of the Polish Mediation Association and holds International Coach Certification from Joseph O’Connor. Since 2008, she has been Board Member of the Association of Professional Speakers in Poland. Since February 2009, she has served as Managing Director and President of Persona Global Polska Sp. z o.o.

Jerzy Filonik – Senior Consultant

A consultant with a vast managerial and consulting experience in international environments. A Warsaw University graduate, Jerzy continued post-graduate education completing management and consulting courses at Danish Technological Institute and earned his MBA from the consortium of Graduate School of Business The University of Chicago, Durham University Business School & Department of Economics, Interfaculty of Business Administration Erasmus University Rotterdam and Skarbek Graduate School of Business Economic in cooperation with Midwest Universities Consortium for International Activities (MUCIA Global). He is an expert and partner with several multi-national consulting companies. From 1986, he managed a large manufacturing facility for one of the first foreign companies in Poland. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Fabryka Porcelany (Porcelain Factory). Next, he gained experience in production, services, and sales on the American market. On return to Poland, he continued his managerial career as, among other, Director of Centrum Doradcze Biznesu (Center for Business Consulting) operating as part of EC Cooperation Fund. He was a member of Price Waterhouse International Privatization Group, an international team that participated in the US AID-financed privatization program of Polish companies. He carried out consulting projects in Germany (Integration International Management Consultants) and Great Britain. He specializes in the following areas: strategies of competitiveness and organizational development, sales and customers relations management; customer value creation through sales and distribution channels and development of e-commerce channels.


He has extensive experience in business consulting related to the execution of IT projects: implementation of integrated business intelligence IT systems, systems analysis for large organizations implementing integrated IT systems, development of logical business models and process maps, analytical reports for management information systems and configuration of databases for CRM systems. He also carried out projects related to designing and implementing integrated e-business solutions and e-commerce platforms. He is an accredited consultant and trainer with the Polish-British Enterprise Project and listed as a member of International WHO’S WHO of Professionals (USA).

Grażyna Kawka – Senior Consultant

Graduated the English Philology at University of Warsaw and Foundations of Senior Management at Business School Open University in London.


She graduated from the Faculty of English at Warsaw University and Foundations of Senior Management at London Open University Business School. She is a manager, coach, consultant, auditor (using Shaun Smith’s CEM+ methodology), and trainer with particular experience in management, customer relations and Brand Experience. Since 1986, her professional engagements have been mainly related to the airline industry. She pursued a career at higher management levels in Poland, Romania, and Great Britain, including jobs at Pan American World Airways and U.S. Peace Corps. In 1993 she started to work at British Airways. For nine years, she was building her career in Poland and abroad, initially as Customer Service Manager in Warsaw, then Country Manager for Romania, and Manager for Customer Service Projects at British Airways London headquarters. In 2003 and 2004, she worked for Medycyna Rodzinna (Family Medicine) company as Manager for Operational and Implementation Projects (sales and customer service line areas). Since 2004, she has worked with Executive-Conversation and House of Skills as a trainer, consultant, and coach.


She is a licensed Shaun Smith "Customer Experience Management Plus" trainer. She has also obtained Joseph O’Connor’s ICC certificate. She is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Champissage™ therapist (natural medicine). She is a member of the IQA International Register of Certified Auditors.

Dominika Staniewicz – Senior Consultant

She graduated in communication and media from Collegium Civitas Sociology Department and from Warsaw University College for English Teaching. Currently she is writing her PhD in public communication.


She is vice-President of the Board of Labor Sp. z o.o. recruitment agency. She is a lecturer in public speaking and HR at Collegium Civitas. She has been a Business Centre Club HR expert. For many years now, she has been developing new businesses as green line manager. She was behind the launch of Helen Doron company on the Polish market, currently the biggest educational institution for children in the country. She has worked with Telephone Doctor, originally part of Grupa Acceptus (now House of Skills), where she managed a huge project “Welcome to Call Center”, for 16 call centers with back office support, which involved several thousand people. Next, she worked for IMPAC USA, where she carried out a project to improve production and optimize processes for one of the biggest paint manufacturers in Poland.


She is highly experienced in the broad field of development, both as a consultant and project manager, also in large-scale projects. She creates and implements HR solutions and actions to promote new companies on the market. She specializes in analyzing and improving the effectiveness of soft processes and HR management systems.


She has given numerous public speeches. As the only person in Poland, she holds the Master Speaker certificate from Media World Wide. She is a member of Stowarzyszenie Agencji Zatrudnienia (Association of Empoloyment Agencies), Business Centre Club, and Stowarszyszenie Interim Managerów (Interim Managers Association). She belongs to the Toast Master Club, Warsaw and Main Employment Council, and the dialogue group of the Trilateral Commission (joint commission of the government, employers, and trade unions in Poland).

Anna Mac – Senior Consultant

A Lublin Catholic University (KUL), Roman philology graduate. Living in early 90s in France, where she finished postgraduate studies of French and Comparative Literature (DEA) at University Bordeaux III. Since 1993 she works for huge French corporations, including Rhone Polenc Polska and between 1999-2010 in Sodexo Polska.


Knows, and understands the culture and business model of French companies. Possess wide experience in building relations with B2B customers in services, realization of internal communication projects and supporting business development by active optimization of services quality.


She belongs to the group of few people in Poland, possessing the complex skills of maintaining the relations with customers, basing on the unique Clients for Life® methodology by John Gamble from Tenacity Inc. from USA (www.clientretention.com).

Aleksandra Gul – Senior Consultant

She graduated Economy at University of Warsaw, Psychology at Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Human Resources at Warsaw Scholl of Economics as postgraduate.


Between 1991-1995 she worked at American Piece Corp in Poland. The last three years she managed consultancy project within the largest trade program in Central and Eastern Europe. Seasoned Master Trainer at Achieve Global. Responsible for methodologies and know-how at the vast variety of consulting and developmental projects. Between 2003 and 2006 she has cooperated as Senior trainer with House od Skills, leadeing managerial and communication training.


As consultant, triner and coach she specializes in situation analysis, projects preparations and implementation in the areas od strategy, mission, vision, values od companies, and facilitating development projects in the areas of leadership, management, communication, professional customer service. Possess a thorough experience in deploying the wide range of diagnostic tools, helping to develop and implement optimal improvement processes.

Agnieszka Maj – Consultant

She graduated from Higher School of Pedagogy and post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management at Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is certified as the Practitioner in the Art of NLP. She has pursued her professional career since 2001. Initially she was a salesperson in a large clothes store chain, where she became a shop manager. In 2003, she started to work at CitiBank Handlowy, where she was initially responsible for sales and marketing of intangible services, and later for sales training and recruitment. She supported managers in developing effective coaching skills and in working out solutions to boost the sales of intangible products.


She specializes in communication, change management, and customer relations processes. She has made numerous public speeches, such as on “Exerting influence through persuasive communication” for Warsaw School of Economics students. She has worked with Executive-Conversation since 2006. Since autumn 2008, she has successfully managed the largest project of our company, implemented for Reckitt Bensicker.


She is an experienced consultant, coach and auditor (also in Shaun Smith’s CEM+ methodology), and trainer.

Piotr Ławacz – Consultant

Business trainer since 1993. Trained and consulted managers and specialists in sales, customer relations and sales management. Between 1993-2000 he has coperated with Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menedżerów and between 2000-2009 with Doradca Consultants Ltd., where as Huthwaite Polska manager created and realised the business, sales and customer service effectiveness projects. Currently manages and owns Pracownia Coachingu i Rozwoju.


Executive and life coach – gained experience at Management Futures and VIP Coaching Studium. Lecturer at Podyplomowe Studium Zarządzania Personelem at Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny in Poznań, Akademia Trenera at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Gdańsk. Cooperates with Gdańskie Wydawnictwa Psychologiczne.

Katarzyna Węgrzynowicz – Office Manager
