A consultant, trainer, business developer and manager. A co-founder of EC. He provides advisory services to management boards of companies in Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania and Great Britain.
Achievements:
- He was in charge of the Sales Department of AchieveGlobal; he drove the Polish branch of this global corporation to winning 9th place in the world in terms of turnover.
- He implemented the largest development projects of the Acceptus Group (now: House of Skills).
- In cooperation with Shaun Smith, he successfully applies the CEM concept into the first Polish projects based on this methodology.
- A member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the International Coaching Community.
- Licences: Customer Experience Management Plus by Shaun Smith, International Coach Certification by Joseph O’Connor.
