5 major business thinking traps

10 years of exerience in conducting research about expectations of customers using CEM methodology alowed us to uncover some interesting traps in thinking about customer expectations. Now I am going to focus on the implications of the results of the research cunducted by EC in 2014. They allow to identify the following thinking traps which are to be avoided when running a business.
