  • Tomasz Magda,

    Partner w Amrop Hever

    An experienced consultant and head hunter.

    Education:

    In 1990 he got his BA in East European Studies from Columbia College, Columbia University.

    Professional experience:

    In 1994 he joined the company which evolved into Amrop Hever Group. His interests and professional experience are related to: family businesses, specialized services and the IT/telecommunications industry. In the 90s he was a co-founder and performed managerial and supervisory functions during formation and in the initial phase of the development of East Net – the biggest Human Resource Management organization in Poland, a partner of the world’s leading companies in the field of training, Salary and Bonus Management as well as outsourcing.

  • Krzysztof Maurycy Olszowski,

    President of the Management Board, SoftProdukt Sp. z o.o.

    He has over 25-year experience in the IT industry as well as excellent knowledge and practice in managing companies which involve Strategic Planning, Resource Management System analysis and Database System Design.

    Education:

    A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Warsaw, 1983.

    Professional experience:

    A member of the World Bank’s expert team conducting an audit of IT systems in the Ministry of Health.He directed the implementation of several large IT systems, including in the field of Controlling and Process Management.
    A member of the Polish Information Processing Society.

  • Dariusz Rosłon

    Vice President of the Management Board and Managing Director, SoftProdukt Sp. z o.o.

    He has over 20-year experience in the IT industry as well as exceptional knowledge and practice in System Analysis and Database System Design.

    Education:

    A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Warsaw, 1987.

    Professional experience:

    He directed the implementation of several large IT systems, including in the field of Controlling and Process Management, realized for the Supreme Administrative Court, APCO Sp. z o.o., the State Inspectorate of Environmental Protection, etc.
    A member of the Polish Information Processing Society.

  • Andrzej Uryga

    Temporary CEO, Dairy Queen Poland

    He has several-year experience in consulting and management.

    Education:

    - AGH University of Science and Technology, Computer ScienceJagiellonian University, Philosophy

    Experience and projects:

    In the 90s he implemented consulting projects in the book industry. In the years 2004–2007 he was the Sales Manager in EMPIK, since 2007 – in Drogerie Natura, Polbita Sp. z o.o.
