Holds M.Sc. in Computer Sciences from AGH University of Science and Technology and Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal and Warsaw School of Economics.

  • developed customer experience management program for near 2 million group of customers
  • developed and managed corporate business process center of competence, delivering knowledge about all processes in big organization
  • managed research and development of Value Added Services in Plus GSM (Vodafone Group at that time), delivering in each year growth of VAS revenues on a scale bigger than organic growth of the market
  • created innovative products, e.g. mobile payments system and mobile photo blog
  • took active part in development of mobile premium services market in Poland
  • served as a member of inter-departmental Polkomtel Strategy Development team
